The trade rumors concerning Patrik Berglund ended today when the St. Louis Blues signed Berglund to a 2 year deal. The contract is worth $2.25 million per year. In the 2010-2011 NHL season, the twenty-two year old center accumulated 52 points in 81 games. The young forward should continue to improve for the 2011-2012 NHL season so the deal is fair for both sides.
