Ducks Francois Beauchemin demands $5 million per season

Francois Beauchemin will test free agency on July 1st. Beauchemin demanded $5 million per season, according to Ducks general manager Bob Murray:

Murray wasted little time in finding Beauchemin's replacement, trading for Vancouver Canucks defenseman, Kevin Bieksa. Bieksa will be reunited with long time Canucks teammate, Ryan Kesler.

The 35 year old defenseman scored 23 points in 64 games with the Ducks last season. The Edmonton Oilers and Buffalo Sabres are interested in signing Francois Beauchemin.
