Monster Trade Rumor Out Of Carolina
The Carolina Hurricanes are looking to trade Jeff Skinner. Pierre LeBrun said he may get moved:
Skinner doesn't have a no-trade clause currently active in his deal; it kicks in a few years from now. So Carolina is free to move him wherever there's a deal to be had.
Skinner played in 77 games last season, only scoring 13 goals and 11 assists. He has a cap hit of $5.725 million through 2018-19. With his history of concussions, the winger may be challenging to move.
The 23 years old was named Rookie of the Year in 2011. He is a two time 30 goal scorer. There are a few teams in trade talks for Jeff Skinner.
