Robin Lehner's time is up in Ottawa
The Ottawa Senators general manager, Bryan Murray, has had discussions with 6 or 7 organizations to trade away one of his goaltenders.
Many teams have shown interest in Robin Lehner, but Murray thinks he'll have a better chance in Las Vegas, where all the general managers of the NHL will be reunited for the annual NHL Awards show.
The two clubs that have demonstrated the highest interest in Lehner are the Edmonton Oilers and the Buffalo Sabres. A trade seems imminent because the Oilers and Sabres possess multiple picks in the 2nd rounds of the draft coming this Friday.
