Breaking: Maple Leafs goalie Frederik Andersen leaves game after possible concussion
Toronto Maple Leafs goalie Frederik Andersen left tonight’s game against the Pittsburgh Penguins with a possible concussion. Penguins forward Tom Sestito, cut across the Leafs net outside of the blue paint, and hit Andersen’s head with his hip.
Sestito was called for goalie interference on the play. Andersen remained down for a short time and was helped slowly to the dressing room.
