Brandon Prust donates a stick for a good cause
Brandon Prust is an athlete with a big heart, he demonstrated that when he gave one of his former sticks for a charity hockey tournament organized by Concordia University, located in the city of Montréal, Québec. The former NHLer didn't hesitate to give up one of his sticks, which he kindly signed.
The tournament was organized by the nonprofit John Molson Sports Marketing association, the tournament was to raise funds that will be redistributed to the Marc Normandeau Fund, which supports the Montreal Children's Hospital. The stick looks like the one Prust used during his time in Montreal, which adds even more value to his act to donate it.
Prust will attempt a comeback into the NHL after he spent this season in Germany, where he notched 3 goals, 5 assists in 29 games with the Nuermberg Thomas Sabo Ice Tigers of the Deutsche Eishockey Liga.
