Capitals star player says he's been partying too much to train this offseason

Evgeny Kuznetsov of the Washington Capitals turned down a $10M per year contract from the KHL and signed an eight-year, $7.8M cap hit contract in the NHL a few weeks ago. Unfortunately for Capitals fans, Kuznetsov is not training hard after signing this huge contract.

Kuznetsov has traveled back to his home, Russia, and KHL insider Slava Malamud reports that Kuznetsov is partying hard and hasn't started training.

Kuznetsov has a big contract to live up to, and if he struggles to start next season, he may regret making these comments.
