Controversial goalie interference call in Toronto
The Arizona Coyotes topped the Toronto Maple Leafs 4-1 tonight, but not before the referees reversed a goal on a controversial call.
With just a few minutes left, Auston Matthews manages to score a goal and toe the game 2-2, or at least so it seemed. The referees took a look and saw the stick of Zach Hyman interfering woth goaltender Antti Raanta, and the call was reversed. The Coyotes then buried the Leafs with 2 more goals to close out the game.
