Matt Martin Destroys Anders Bjork With A Questionable Hit To The Head

In the most recent Maple Leafs vs Bruins game, Matt Martin took an open ice run at Boston forward, Anders Bjork.

While the head wasn't necessarily targeted, Bjork's body position at the time of the hit certainly put him at risk. There appears to be contact with the head, however it also appears Martin somehow got the worst end of this hit.

The video below shows the hit followed by the ensuing fight once Martin made his way back to the ice.

Is this hit suspendible? Should The Department of Player Safety be looking at this hit?
