Charges Laid in Humboldt Broncos Tragic Bus Crash
According to TSN's Frank Seravalli, The Saskatchewan RCMP have announced that changes have been laid in connection to the Humboldt Broncos fatal bus crash.
The RCMP have arrested the semi-trailer driver, Jaskirat Sidhu, 29, of Calgary, who involved in the tragic crash. He is now facing 29 criminal charges.
While the date has not been announced, Sidhu is expected to appear in court next week.
RCMP Saskatchewan confirms "dangerous operation of a vehicle causing death" can face a maximum prison term of 14 years, while "dangerous operation causing bodily harm" can face max prison term of 10 years.— Frank Seravalli (@frank_seravalli) July 6, 2018
