Penguins owner Mario Lemieux lists his Quebec castle for $22M
On Tuesday, Pittsburgh Penguins owner Mario Lemieux put his 50-room Quebec castle on sale with an asking price of $21,999,066. His castle has 17,000 square feet of living space with a theater, pool, spa, tennis court, wine cellar, 17 fireplaces, and two-bedroom guest house. The castle is being sold furnished.
The Swiss-style castle, 'Chateau Fleur de Lys', is near the bottom of Mont Tremblant about 90 miles north of Montreal. Lemieux built the castle in 2009 for $20 million. Lemieux’s primary residence is in Sewickley, Pennsylvania.
