Maple Leafs' superfan 'Dart Guy' lands NHL job

Jason Maslakow, also known as 'Dart Guy', became an online celebrity when photos of him from the Toronto Maple Leafs and Washington Capitals first-round series went viral during the spring of 2017. The face paint and cigarette dangling from his mouth was made into a meme, which was shared by many thousands on the internet.

Soon after his internet fame, Maslakow landed a radio hosting job with TSN 1050 radio and a scouting position with the Aurora Tigers of the Ontario Junior Hockey League. Recently, Maslakow announced he's moving up in the hockey world.

Extemely excited to announce I have been hired by North American Central Scouting. It will be an honour and great opportunity to learn under the very knowledgeable & experienced Director of Scouting at NACS, MarkSeidel I will remain as the Head Scout of the TigersJrA as well.
