Elias Lindholm reveals why he mocked the Hurricanes
In Elias Lindholm's return to Raleigh against the Carolina Hurricanes, things soured when fans began to boo him throughout the game. When Calgary won 4-3, Lindholm had the last laugh.
Scoring a goal against his former team, Lindholm made sure to have the last laugh in front of his former team's home crowd. The 24-year old revealed why he did so during a post-game interview. Have a look:

This past summer, Lindholm was shipped along with Noah Hanifin for Dougie Hamilton, Michael Ferland and prospect Adam Cox. Each player seems to have been playing better since being traded, but it seems as the Flames have been the victors of the trade as they sit at the top of the Western Conference while Carolina is three points out of the Eastern Conference's final spot with 56 points. In your opinion, should've Lindholm stayed humble and take the critics or what he did was perfectly called for?Pretty decent return to Raleigh for Elias Lindholm 😎#CGYvsCAR | #Flames pic.twitter.com/vSQy7d8dEQ
