NHL Trade Rumor: Joe Pavelski to sign in Dallas

According to The Fourth Period's David Pagnotta, Joe Pavelski will sign with the Dallas Stars tomorrow for a short term deal.

Pagnotta believes the Stars will sign Pavelski to a short-term deal within the ballpark of $7 million a year. Pagnotta adds that the contract will be 3-years, at $7 million a year.

At 34, Pavelski scored 38 goals and 26 assists for a total of 64 points last season. Is this a good signing for the Dallas Stars?
