BREAKING: RFA Andre Burakovsky Signs 1-Year Contract with Avalanche

Some news coming out of Colorado today, as the Avalanche have signed the newly-acquired Andre Burakovsky to a 1-year contract.
The Colorado Avalanche have signed Burakovsky to a one year, 3.25 million dollar contract.

Burakovsky is still fairly young, at 24 years of age. The Austrian forward has 5 years of NHL experience, scoring 62 goals and 145 points in 328 games with the Capitals. He was acquired one June 28th by the Avalanche in exchange for Scott Kosmachuk, a 2nd round pick, and a 3rd round pick.
