BREAKING: Boston re-signs Charlie McAvoy to short-term deal
According to TSN's Bob McKenzie the deal is three-years, $4.9M AAV, similar to Columbus Blue Jackets' Zach Werenski's three-year deal.
Drafted 14th overall in 2016, McAvoy has 60 points in 117 games (14G, 46A). Earlier last season, McAvoy turned down a 7-year, $52.5M contract extension.
