More details emerge as Flames coach Bill Peters is being investigated for racism

Long time hockey pro Akim Aliu dropped a bomb on the hockey world late Monday night as Aliu accused current head coach of the Flames, Bill Peters of using racial slurs during their time in Rockford of the AHL. Turns out more people are jumping to the side of Aliu on this one.

A report from TSN's Frank Seravalli mentioned the following from Aliu:
He walked in before a morning pre-game skate and said 'Hey Akim, I'm sick of you playing that N____ S____ (referring to Aliu's choice of music for the room). He said 'I'm sick of hearing this N_ _ _ _  F _ _ _ing other n_ _ _ _ s in the ass stuff'. He then walked out like nothing ever happened. You could hear a pin drop in the room, everything went dead silent. I just sat down in my stall, didn't say a word
One of Aliu's teammates at the time commented today saying "I think everyone should be held accountable for their actions or words spoken". Aliu's captain at the time, Jake Dowell confirmed he confronted Peters about the incident in the coach's office.

Aliu went on to mention Peters never apologized for his choice of words. Instead, the next time he heard the music, Peters went on to say:
You know, I'm just sick of this N _ _ __  S - - -. It's every day. From now on, we need to play different music.
There's ways to voice your displeasure about someone's choice of music. Using racial and discriminatory language is not one of them.

The NHL has acknowledged the severity of this matter and are currently investigating. Meanwhile, more ex-players of Peters have come forward with choice words about the coach:
More details to come as they continue to roll in. Bill Peters is in some hot water, and by the sounds of it, rightfully so.
