Report: LA Kings are shopping several players on the trade market

The LA Kings continue to struggle as their roster is full of expensive veterans and in a flux of transition this season. Their starting goaltender is struggling, their offense is struggling, and their defense needs help. The Kings management has made it known around the league, almost everyone is available.

One of the players being shopped is Trevor Lewis, as Elliotte Friedman reported on an Edmonton 630CHED. Lewis has 2 points in 12 games and is in the final year of his contract that pays him $2,000,000 this season.

The Kings are looking to send the depth forward packing for a draft pick so they can continue to work towards a rebuild.

The likes of Ilya Kovalchuk, Jeff Carter, Tyler Toffoli, and Jonathan Quick have all been mentioned in deals as well, as the team works on finding a new identity. We will be keeping a close eye on the Kings as things are changing in LA.

8 points in 13 games can do that to a team.
