Video: Rasmus Dahlin leaves the game after dirty elbow from Erik Cernak

Rasmus Dahlin is Buffalo's prized jewel on the back end of their ice and the Nik Lidstrom like defenceman can be found joining the rush whenever he gets the chance. Monday night in Tampa Bay, Dahlin's game was no different as he found himself flying in towards the goalie, from there Erik Cernak of the Lightning took over.

Expect a hearing for Cernak as this seemed to be uncalled for and a touch late. Dahlin had no idea it was coming which sometimes is a good thing.
