Gotta See It: Player Tries To Decapitate Opponent
WARNING: This violent incident may be difficult to watch. In a contest between Erie North Shore Storm vs Riverside Rangers of the Ontario Minor Hockey league, one player attempts to fight the entire bench and uses his stick as a tomahawk.
The referees whistled down the play when an unknown player from Riverside skated toward the Storm bench and swung his stick multiple times in a tomahawk like fashion. His strikes make direct contact with the opposing players' head and it is disturbing to both watch and listen to.
However, as the refs pursued the aggressor, Storm player, Daniel Deschamps, landed a few strong haymakers in defence of his teammate. He managed to disarm the player and tossed his stick across the ice as the ultimate gesture of humiliation. What an absolute beauty
