NHLTR: Devils in serious trade talks to send Subban back to Atlantic Division
According to NHL analyst Randy Timmins, New Jersey Devils GM Ray Shero is in trade talks with an Atlantic Division organization regarding a trade involving P.K. Subban.
Before he was traded to New Jersey, the Maple Leafs were highly interested in Subban, but wouldn't take him at full price. They would have preferred to acquire him at roughly $6M, according to TSN's Pierre LeBrun.
Other organizations to have demonstrated interest are the Boston Bruins, the Buffalo Sabres, and the Ottawa Senators.
Subban still has 2 years left on the 8-year, $72 million contract he signed with the Habs back in 2014.
Could your team use a defenceman like Subban?
