Marc-Andre Fleury To Be Suspended
Vegas Golden Knights goaltender, Marc-Andre Fleury, is to be suspended for one game. Do you think the league should change this rule or is this a player's obligation?
Fleury has been elected to play in the 2020 All-Star Game in St. Louis. However, he has declined the invitation, and Vancouver Canucks' Jacob Markstrom will take his place. Fleury is not the only player scheduled to be suspended as Washington Capitals' captain, Alex Ovechkin has also opted to 'stay home and rest body' instead of participating in the fan oriented event.
Should we consider abolishing the All-Star game (or mandatory attendance) or is a 1 game suspension for non-compliance a proper response by the NHL?
