Capitals and Sharks complete a deal for Brenden Dillon

When Brenden Dillon was asked recently how he felt about the potential of his recent home game as a Shark being his last, he was very emotional. Turns out the media was on to something, as the Capitals and Sharks have completed a deal for the rugged defenseman.

The Caps sent the Sharks a 2nd-round-pick and a conditional 3rd-round-pick, a decent haul for the bruising defenseman who will help the Caps immensely come playoff time. His playoff experience, along with his toughness and willingness to stick up for his teammates will bode well in Washington.
