Craig Anderson's Emotional Reaction To Trade Rumors
Craig Anderson is one of few players who was drafted twice. He was drafted 77th overall in 1999 by the Calgary Flames and 73rd overall by the Chicago Blackhawks in 2001. Despite having played for many teams in the past, he is currently in his 10th season with the Ottawa Senators. He is set to become a UFA after his season and he is reportedly on his way out of Ottawa.
It seems that Craig Anderson truly loves playing for the Ottawa Senators. There have been trade rumors surrounding the veteran goaltender, and he is rather emotional about the topic. Though he has a modified no trade clause, this can only prevent him from being traded to certain teams.
Here’s what he said.

"My heart and soul is here in Ottawa with the fan base….if something were to happen it would be a hard transition, a hard day, we will see, I don’t want to speculate…if something were to happen that would be a sad day for me.” #sens
