Done Deal: Ottawa and Colorado complete trade
As we reported last week, the Ottawa Senators were done with Vladislav Namestnikov and today they completed a deal with the Colorado Avalanche.
For the Avs, it's a depth move to round out their top-9 and provide some secondary scoring to a group that could do some serious damage in the playoffs.
With the likes of Pageau already gone (a trade we reported on Feb 7th) and Ennis next, the Sens continue to stock pile draft picks over the next two seasons.OTT trades Namestnikov to COL for a fourth-round pick in 2021, per @DarrenDreger— Bob McKenzie (@TSNBobMcKenzie) February 24, 2020
