NHLTR: Zach Bogosian considering 3 offers
Zach Bogosian was terminated from his contract with the Buffalo Sabres and if he wants to play in the playoffs this season, Bogosian must sign a contract before Monday's deadline.
It appears a number of teams have kicked tires, but the ones getting more serious about adding the rugged defenseman to the mix include the Carolina Hurricanes, Arizona Coyotes and the Pittsburgh Penguins. The Hurricanes lost Brett Pesce 'for a long time' Saturday night and between them and the Penguins, one of the two teams will end up with Bogosian in their lineup.
The 6'3, 226lbs, 29-year-old defenseman has 0 games of playoff experience so you have to wonder if that is hindering the interest in the player.
Time will tell, as 'Bogo' doesn't have a lot of it if he wants to suit up in the spring for the first time in 2020.

Bogosian is still considering options and Carolina, Pittsburgh and Arizona appear to be most interested. It’s believed Toronto’s interest has cooled a bit. Calgary, SJ and Boston also among the tire kickers. https://t.co/rKNRANlypf— Darren Dreger (@DarrenDreger) February 23, 2020
