BREAKING: First NHL player to test positive for COVID-19
According to Sportsnet's Elliotte Friedman, a player of the Ottawa Senators has tested positive for the threatening virus named COVID-19.
There are currently just under 180,000 confirmed cases of COVID-19 throughtout the world according to worldometers.info and also has just under 8,000 deaths linked to it.There is word tonight that an Ottawa Senator player has tested positive for COVID-19. This would be the NHL's first positive test. Initial word is symptoms are not serious. Team is expected make official announcement.
