According to James Mirtle of the Athletic, multiple players of the Ottawa Senators are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms. Meaning, it may not be just one player like Elliotte Friedman reported last night.
According to reports, the Senators may have caught it from an NBA team on the final day before the NHL cancelled their season.
Deputy commissioner Bill Daley told Pierre LeBrun that he received a call from the Senators' team physician around 9 p.m. Tuesday night revealing the news.
The Senators last 3 games were in California against the Kings, the Sharks and the Ducks. The Brooklyn Nets, who have 4 players that tested positive for COVID-19, played in Los Angeles last.
