3rd Colorado Avalanche player has tested positive for Covid-19
The news nobody wants to see as it's being reported another Colorado Avalanche player has tested positive for Covid-19. The name of the player infected has yet to be released.
Avs' captain, Gabriel Landeskog had this to say last week on the matter:
As mentioned in the statement the player is in self-isolation and has not made recent contact with any other player or staff. Details are slim at this point as we wait to hear further on potentially who the player is and how they may have contracted the virus. It took a while for us to find out that a couple of the guys had tested positive, but from the conversations I've had, they are recovering well.
