The Blues have re-signed defenseman Marco Scandella to a 4 year contract extension. This carries a cap hit of 3.275 million dollars per year.
This signing also means the Blues will give the Montreal Canadiens a 2021 4th-round pick. The initial conditions for that pick were either Scandella re-signing with the team, or the Blues winning two playoff rounds with Scandella playing at least half of those games.
