Tampa HC Jon Cooper thinks players won't notice no fans in the stands

The NHL is on the verge of announcing it's schedule for the regular season conclusion and if you ask Tampa's head coach, Jon Cooper, the players won't have a problem playing in front of zero fans.

Back in 2012, Cooper was coaching in the AHL, when they were forced to play a playoff game at a neutral site without any fans in attendance. Cooper had this to say about how he sees the games playing out for the rest of this season:
The first five minutes everybody gets a shift in and there are no fans in the stands, there will probably be a little bit of sarcasm going on the bench like there is on every single NHL bench about what's going on. But I'm telling you, once the banging starts and the competitive juices kick in, I don't think guys will even notice. I think the guys will get over (not having fans in the stands) pretty quick knowing what's at the end of the rainbow if you keep winning those games.
NHL playoffs with no one in attendance will be different, but considering 99% of hockey fans aren't in attendance for the game anyway, what's really that different?
