Done Deal: Montreal Canadiens sign Russian forward
The Montreal Canadiens continue to sign their draft picks as the team announced on Friday, they have come to terms with Arsen Khisamutdinov.
Khisamutdinov was originally a 6th round pick in 2019, and is 22 years old. He totaled 3 points in 31 games this season in the KHL and went on to add 13 points in 14 games in the VHL. At the junior level, Khisamutdinov was a highly touted where he recorded 144 points in 178 games.
Look for Khisamutdinov to be given a shot to make the club in the 2020-21 season.
