Non-Playoff Teams Set To Make Blockbuster Trades

The NHL has announced a 24 team playoff format that will take place in 2 hub-cities. However, there are 7 teams who will not make the playoffs and will resume play next season. Although they're not going to win the Stanley Cup, there are some advantages that are available to facilitate a rebuild.

There are huge names on the market, but the question is if they will be traded sooner or later?
