Who's Getting Traded First: RNH or William Nylander?
The Edmonton Oilers and the Toronto Maple Leafs are two teams who haven't lived up to the hype. Rosters full of potential with no playoff success. As the teams continue to try and climb to the top, some familiar faces are going to eventually have to be moved if the wins don't start piling up. For the Oilers someone like Ryan Nugent-Hopkins and for the Leafs it's William Nylander. So, one question...who's getting traded first!?
Ryan Nugent-Hopkins: "For a #1 overall pick, he's a borderline bust, has never hit the 70 point mark and has zero goals in the playoffs" - NHL executive.
RNH sits with 443 points in 603 games played, earning $6 million this year and has one more year remaining on his deal.
Possible destinations: Montreal, Columbus, New York Rangers

William Nylander: "Is the most polarizing player on the Leafs who the fans love to rip on because of his inconsistency from shift to shift. Has the skill set to win the Art Ross, meanwhile, his determination at times makes him a weak link during others. Given the Leafs cap crunch, he will be the fall guy when time comes" - NHL executive
Nylander sits with 221 points in 307 games, 11 points in 20 playoff games, making $6.96 million until 2024, with no trade protection.
Possible Destinations: Calgary, San Jose, St Louis
