The news nobody wanted to hear as the NHL is gearing up their return, as it's being reported the Tampa Bay Lightning have shut down all facilities after a massive outbreak of Covid has gone through their organization.

The team that has temporarily shut down its facilities, as initially reported by @TSNBobMcKenzie is Tampa Bay— Elliotte Friedman (@FriedgeHNIC) June 19, 2020
As of yet, no names have been identified and we will know more on the story in a few days. This won't necessarily put an end to the NHL's return or chances of returning, it just certainly doesn't help at this point. We’ll have a better idea of scope and impact over the next few days. Lightning players and staffers in the region will undergo multiple tests to determine how widespread this is/isn’t— Elliotte Friedman (@FriedgeHNIC) June 19, 2020
We wish everyone good health and a speedy recovery.
