Huge Rumor: Taylor Hall to shock the league in free-agency

While the NHL playoffs are just around the corner, players are gearing up for long playoff runs and a chance to showcase themselves. None more than Taylor Hall of the Arizona Coyotes who is expected to receive a ton of interest when he hits the open market in free agency. The unrestricted free agent will receive multiple offers from a wide range of teams, and it's being reported Hall may surprise the entire league with his decision. Hall has one thing on his mind with his next contract, a Stanley Cup.

These playoffs are going to be absolutely crazy and could have a huge impact on where Hall signs. For instance, what if the Penguins get put out first round, and say, win the lottery. Then they turn around and offer Hall a one-year deal? You think he wouldn't be interested in joining Sidney Crosby?

Teams to keep an eye on to sign Taylor Hall to a short term contract are the Colorado Avalanche, Calgary Flames, Boston Bruins, Montreal Canadiens and the mentioned, Pittsburgh Penguins.

Everything could change at the NHL draft. We will see where the chips fall, but one things for sure, get ready for the Taylor Hall sweepstakes, it's going to be crazy!
