NHL & NHLPA Finalize Tentative Agreement

The NHL and the NHLPA have finalized a tentative agreement on Phases 3 and 4 of the league's return to play protocols. There are still some details to be finalzied in regards to the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

The return to play protocols and the Collective Bargaining Agreement must still be ratified by the NHLPA executive committee and a membership vote.

There are many people who believe the NHL will not resume play and the playoffs will eventually be cancelled. The announcement of Phase 3 and Phase 4 protocols is a great step forward in resuming play.
