Rumor: David Pastrnak to be suspended into playoffs

David Pastrnak was supposed to be practicing with this teammates this week and flying to Toronto next week to get ready for the Boston Bruins' playoff push. Turns out that may not necessarily be the case.

Pastrnak had been ruled 'unfit to play' as it was deemed he came into potential contact with someone who had tested positive for Covid-19. Pastrnak was then again tested and it came back negative according to the Bruins.

The length of Pastrnak's quarantine is unknown at this time, but there's more. Since he's under quarantine he's supposed to be away from any and everyone during this time, especially teammates. Turns out some pictures have surfaced of Pastrnak and Ondrej Kase skating together at a local rink and even Coach, Bruce Cassidy wanted no part answering the question and stepped around it like a true pro.

The league is looking into these photos and if deemed true, David Pastrnak could be suspended once the NHL restarts in a couple of weeks. Huge news out of Boston, as the Bruins want to ensure they have all hands on deck from the get go. As of right now, it's up in the air.
