VIDEO: Oskar Lindblom Completes Cancer Treatments
Oskar Lindblom was diagnosed with Ewing Sarcoma in late 2019. This rare type of cancer affects bones or the tissue surrounding the bones. Although it mainly affects children, it is known it impact young adults as well. Lindblom has rang the bell, signaling the ending of his cancer treatments.
The Philadelphia Flyers and the entire hockey community are proud to see Lindblom's courage and perseverance come full circle. He has rang the bell, which signifies the ending of one's treatments or chemotherapy. We look forward to the day Lindblom announces that he is in remission.
