Bruins announcer got BLASTED for his comments on Svechnikov's injury

Boston Bruins play-by-play announcer, Jack Edwards beats to his own drum. He's a die hard Bruins fan who loves to push the envelope when it comes to his love for the Bruins and for Boston. In game 3, Zdeno Chara and Andrei Svechnikov got tangled up in front of the net...and then it got weird. Take it away, Jack!

What NBC hasn’t shown yet, regarding the unfortunate injury to Svechnikov: the Carolina wing playing hobby-horse, riding Chara on the back apron of the goal. You poke the bear, you take your chances. No one wanted to see Svechnikov hurt, but he bit off more than he could chew.

In case you don't know how shitty a guy Jack Edwards is: in October, Stars D Roman Polak went head first into the boards. Edwards said "that's a little bit of bad hockey karma" as Polak laid motionless on the ice.

He was eventually stretchered off.
