Penguins' Evgeni Malkin goes under the knife for elbow surgery
The Pittsburgh Penguins have announced forward Evgeni Malkin underwent successful elbow surgery. The surgery was long overdue as Malkin's elbow has been bothering him for some time.
It's not expected that Malkin will miss the start of next year's training camp, and he'll likely be out of physical activities for a month.
Nothing major for Malkin and we wish a speedy recovery.
