Alex Galchenyuk is done in Minnesota
What a way to find out your current team has no interest in bringing you back, as Alex Galchenyuk is finished playing for the Minnesota Wild. Or, if he stays, he will need to find a new jersey number as the team gave his old one to newly acquired Nick Bjugstad.

With Galchenyuk being still only 26 and an unrestricted free agent, there will still be some interest in the versatile forward. With 50 point seasons in Montreal, you have to wonder if the Habs have interest in bringing him back on the cheap. Low risk-high reward.
Regardless of where he ends up, it won't be back in Minnesota, as GM, Bill Guerin plans to get Wild and shake up his roster.
