Bruins head coach calls out David Pastrnak after playoff elimination
The Boston Bruins got sent home by the Tampa Bay Lightning and it hasn't taken long for some controversy to surround the team. Head coach, Bruce Cassidy was awfully candid when asked what led to some of his team's struggles.
Turns out, one of things that stood out for him was the conditioning of some of his best players.
Bruce Cassidy said all his assistant coaches are under contract for next season. David Pastrnak had lower body injury and it impacted his skating. Cassidy said Pastrnak and Kase’s “conditioning wasn’t where it needed to be” after they missed training camp

Have to feel for Pasta as he was open about playing through an injury and now his coach just openly throws shade.
Some interesting times in Bean town...
