Philadelphia Flyers shopping Shayne Gostisbehere
According to hockey insider Pierre LeBrun the Philadelphia Flyers are contacting teams trying to deal offensive defenseman, Shayne Gostisbehere.
The Philadelphia Flyers have made Shayne Gostisbehere available for trade, per @PierreVLeBrun. Adds: “For all the trade rumors linked to him in the past, this is really the first time #AnytimeAnywhere have shown a serious willingness to move him if they get the right offer.”

The 27-year-old d-man has $4.5 million a year left on his contract for the next 3 seasons. He's coming off a down year where he was scratched at times in crucial games and only managed 12 points. Disappointing stuff for the Flyers after two years ago, Gostisbehere collected 65 points and was on his way to becoming a dominant defenseman.
Gostisbehere has no protection when it comes to a trade so the Flyers are listening to any and everyone. It's expected the Boston Bruins and Winnipeg Jets could be the most interested in the American born d-man.
