Chicago Blackhawks Fans Called Out Over Frustration
The Chicago Blackhawks recently announced the team is turning it's attention to a full rebuild. With the team's latest moves shipping out Brandon Saad and letting goalie Corey Crawford walk, general manager Stan Bowman is slowly turning a leaf on the core.
While their 'big 4' still remains, management openly penned a letter to the fans after speaking with Jonathan Toews, Patrick Kane, Duncan Keith and Brent Seabrook, to provide everyone with the lay of the land moving forward.
Rebuilds can be tough on the fans, and it will be no different for Blackhawks fans this time around. The fan base has been fed a winning culture with multiple Stanley Cup championships, so seeing the team lose on the regular will take some getting used to.
Well, leave it up to an old wrestler to give Blackhawks fans a reality check they apparently needed, as CM Punk was recently making the media rounds, and as a hardcore Blackhawks fan, had this to say to all the frustrated fans out there.
Take a listen....
