Ottawa Senators Make a Free-Agent Splash!

The Ottawa Senators have announced the team has signed winger, Evgenii Dadonov to a three-year contract worth $15 million.

Dadonov is a three time 25-goal scorer who has spent two stints with the Florida Panthers, and a five-year break playing in the KHL. Last season he finished with 47 points in 69 games, which was slightly a down year from his career best of 70 points the season before.

The Ottawa Senators are making some serious noise this off season, with several acquisitions including goaltender, Matt Murray, defensemen Erik Gudbranson and Josh Brown, forward Austin Watson, and now Dadonov.

Sounds like there could be more on the way too....
