Ottawa Senators Sign RFA Forward
The Ottawa Senators have announced they have signed center, Chris Tierney to a two-year deal and have avoided arbitration.
The deal is worth an annual average value of $3.5 million per season, which is a slight increase from his $2.9 salary last season. Tierney has played two seasons in Ottawa and has collected a respectable 85 points in 152 games.

The Senators add Tierney into their mix for next season as the veteran will be leaned on in Ottawa. The team is still young and will look vastly different from last year, so he's leadership skills will come in handy for the club.
