Red Wings' Alum Chris Osgood Opens Up About Mike Babcock
Chris Osgood spent 14 seasons with the Detroit Red Wings, and if it wasn't because of head coach, Mike Babcock, Osgood wouldn't have lasted that long.
Osgood, who is now 47, and been retired for several years, opened up about his relationship with Babcock on the Cam and Strick Podcast, hosted by NHL-alum Cam Janssen and Blues reporter Andy Strickland.
The goalie who finished his career with 744 regular season games and 136 more in the playoffs, mentioned guys these days need to be tougher to be able to handle the NHL. He even chimed in on the whole 'Mitch Marner Thing' from Babcock's time in Toronto.
