Taylor Hall Signs One-Year Contract!
The Taylor Hall sweepstakes are over and everybody around the NHL is absolutely shocked with his decision.
Hall has decided to sign a one-year deal with the Buffalo Sabres. The deal is worth $8 million dollars and will set Hall up to play every shift with Sabres captain, Jack Eichel.
However, with teams such as Boston, Calgary, Columbus, Nashville and Colorado, all interested in Hall and apparently a lot of the teams made offers, this move has caught the entire hockey world by surprise.
I’m not going to lie, I would have never guessed the Sabres. https://t.co/ysaXYBaMdl

Hall struggled last season to his standards, as he went from New Jersey to Arizona and never could really get comfortable with his teammates in the desert.
Now, he joins a team that is still a few pieces away from being a strong contender in the eastern conference, so this move has caught us all by surprise...

Love this move for Hallsy. Get a zillion points with Eichel this season. Get the bag next season. Genius.

Taylor Hall took a short-term deal in Buffalo so he can be a -20 then really cash in on the open market.
