Alex Pietrangelo will spend the day evaluating his options and is not expected to make his decision today.
As we reported last night, rumor has 'Petro' heading to Vegas . With St Louis signing Torey Krug, they are likely out on Pietrangelo. It also doesn't help the Blues captain admitted to Jeremy Rutherford of The Athletic, he was caught off guard by the Krug deal.
Pierre LeBrun of TSN chimed in with his thoughts and made note that the St Louis Blues don't think they are out of the running, even after signing Torey Krug to a big contract.
As I said yesterday, Pietrangelo is in no rush. https://t.co/7lak7uvRdl

LeBrun with the subtle, 'stay in your lane, Carlo'.
For now, we wait for the formal announcement from Pietrangelo's camp. Vegas, Boston, Toronto, Columbus and Colorado have all made offers. The first team to get a visit was the Golden Knights, it's likely they'll be the first team to sign him to a contract too.
